I remember reading in the past that Apple had old versions of system software available for FTP download on their server, but i connected and could not find the archives......does anyone know where i may find these archives? Thanks! :-)

Of course, that only lists "Mac OS... ...updates". The full system install for "System 7.5" is under the "S" in the next page:

The "updates" are all listed under "M" and "Mac OS..." and "System 7.5" is under "S". System 7.5 (and updates up to 7.6.1) is available, the full Mac OS 8 is not available.
