After custom re-installing just OS of 9.0.4 on my G4/350 I am without the control strip module for disconnecting from my ISP. How might I re-install that particular module? Thanks in advance.

make sure that control strip is not in the Disabled Control Strip folder, if its not in there im guessing there shoulb be a copy of it somehwere in the system software CD that came with your comp, then just place it in the control strip folder.

You might need TomeViewer (get it at versiontracker) to find the Control Strip stuff on the OS CD.
