My computer won't sleep

I'm using Mac OS 9.2.1, and when i try to get my computer to sleep, it senda a messsage saying: "Your computer can't sleep because some system software is missing", anyone knows how can i fic this?
I don't want to have to reinstall Mac OS 9...

what computer are you using?
iMac G5 2.0 Ghz 20", 2 GB RAM, 400 GB, OS X 10.4.5, iPod with color screen 60 GB

Reinstall 9.2.1, in fact reinstall 9.0.4 and keep it that way, the 9.2.1 upgrader sucks......

Unless you have a new Mac that came with 9.2.1, in which case reinstall that.
