No Startup Disk in OS X

I'm having a problem with my Titanium Powerbook running OS X. For some reason when I go to the startupdisk control panel neither startup disk, that is to say neither OSX nor OS9 is available. I've tried everything within my knowledge to know avail, can anybody help?

P.S. I accidentally dragged iTunes from the OSX apps into the main hardrive and now OSX won't let me put it back, it keeps telling me I dont have the priveleges though I am logged in as the administrator, perhaps this is linked to the startup disk problem?

I take it you've ran at least one disk utility, tried rebooting, rebuilding the desktop and zapping your pram.If not start there. Otherwise you may need to reinstall your os.

About your itunes problem. If you can boot into 9.x again. You can move whatever you want into 10.x
