When dragging or selecting music files iTunes freezes everything for a minute or two...A processing glitch?
Can drag from Play List to Play List w/no problem.
Never happened w/previous versions.

I know I am not alone there are many posts on other forums but as of yet no solution.

Can anyone come up w/a fix?

no fix - but I can tell you this. Relative to erasing your hard drive, freezing is a walk in the park

Since I upgraded to iTunes 2 (OS 9.2.1) whenever I try to use the "add music to library" command, the program starts to add songs (I see them being "processed") and after about 30 songs, the program freezes/crashes. This completely locks up my system and I have to do a hard reboot.

I tried trashing the preferences, increasing memory allocation to no avail. Any ideas?
