German 8.6 stable

	Just for information, on our german system 8.6 on a umax 604/200 mhz is totally stable. The famous 8.6 Office copy/paste error with Explorer 4.5 not existing. Also using Speed Doubler, Netscape 4.51 Mail, all the other problems not existing. We are using ATM 4.5, could ATM 4.0x cause the problem? I don�t thing the german stuff is more stable than the english originals...
