Double CD images on Desktop

Forgive me if this has been posted before.

My son has some interactive game CD's that show the interactive volume and music volume on the desktop. This only started happening on OS 9.

Using panels in multiple users, I cannot add both cd'sto the access list so that he may access the cd's to play his games.

Any way around this yet?
