I am running OS9.2.1 on a TiPB 500 ... It has been acting up lately, so I tried to run Disk First Aid. When I run it, it stops at 'Checking catalog BTree' hangs for a minute or two, then gives me the message: 'Unable to read from disk.'

I tried running Disk First Aid from the Intall CD and had the same results ... any ideas?? Apple support wouldn't help me since I am past the 90day free support, then told me that it was posted on their site. I searched on their site & found nothing - or just got an error when I clicked on a link. So I am trying here instead.
