OK, here's the deal: in Mac OS 9.1, my menubar sometimes just disappears! It's back again when I go to an other application, but it's really annoying... Help me!

Does it happen after you run any specific application?
For a start, try deleting your Mac OS and Finder preference files.

No, it just happens all the time... No specific application... Nothing!

But I'll give it a shot by deleting those preferences! Thanks!

Your next try could be replacing the System suitcase in your System Folder with a fresh one from your 9.1 CD.

DO you have a menu bar extensions installed? I had one (can't remember which) that totally screwed my menu bar till I disabled it.

You can also try going to extensions manager and setting it to the Mac OS 9.x full (or whatever OS you have), restart, and run some of the applications that you normally run to see if you can replicate the disappearing menubar... if you can't, then it is a third party extension that is causing the conflict...
