It's the new Unicode-savvy SimpleText replacement, included on the OS 9.1 CD, but not in the 9.1 update download. Where can I get it?

There are two places I've seen it, the Mac OS 9 version on the full 9.1 install disc, and the Mac OS X version that came with the Public Beta.
