[Xzapno_Mapcase]

One of my co-workers is unable to copy any file to disk mounted on her desktop. Does anyone have any idea what could cause a problem like this.

Wierd problems sometimes have wierd solutions. Is this also any disk? If not, and it's just one disk that no file can be copied to, put that disk into another computer and try it. I know it's possible you've done that, but since you didn't say, I'm just offering a solution that has worked for me a few times. Don't ask me to explain why it worked.
