When I try to run a tutorial from inside a program, it tells me that the application program cannot be opened because the essential files folder cannot be found.

Is this because it is a trial program or have I done something when I installed the software.

Don't know the answer to the question, but you can do a Sherlock search with "essential files" as the search term and see what comes up. If it's not on your HD, then maybe you need to reinstall? Or have you installed from a CD, which needs to be in the CD drive when you open the app?
