Why are they so rare and are they generally system safe? I found a real cool aqua theme here: www.agccosprey.org/theme while trying to find a beta IE5 and it looks better than the Kal aqua creations out there!

Thats the theme i am using right now and i haven't experienced any problems for the 3 months now that i have been using it.
