dvd won't play

I played a dvd on my powerbook (firewire) just fine, however, when I play the exact same dvd on a beige desktop G3, it will not play giving the error "the disc can not be authenticated."

Any ideas how to make it work?

Though I don't know, I imagine thats something to do with region codes. Search the fora for DVD, region codes etc. and you will find ways around it.

also try "Command Option i" as you insert the disk, forcing it to be read as an ISO disk.
