DiskWarrior 2.1 Problems

I'm using a drive with 9.2.1 with OS X 10.1 on it. When I run Diskwarrior 2.1 from a bootable utilites Cd and it tries to rebuild my 9.2.1 HD it gives me the error
DiskWarrior encountered an unexpected error while attemping to display the report window.

If Possible, quit all other applications, start wiwhtout extensions and try rebuilding again.

I have Norton and Techtool Pro 3.05 on this CD as well could those extensions be conflicting? I have installed it on a system without these as well and it still gave me the same problem in 9.2.1, DO I need to update the extension even though I don't need to use it on this bootable CD?

Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?
