How do I create an OS X boot CD + extras?

Can someone , please, please direct me to the esiest way to create a bootable OS X CD that also includes Drive10 or Norton ?

I am currently evaluatig which utility to purchase for my Ti Book and I have the OS X version (Drive 10) and the latest version of Norton as disk images . I searched around the Web all day yesterday and the only thing I could find , was about using Toast under 9.1 to create a bootable "Image"

The problem is, I need to do this for OS X not 9.


Also, if anyone out there has seen any good explinations (just a general, broad distinction) between how OS 9 operates (System / System Folder) from OS X, I would really appreciate that info as well.
