iTunes 2 suddenly doesn't recognize Sony CDR

For no clear reason, iTunes 2 suddenly doesn't recognize my external sony CDR. Can anyone help me with troubleshooting?

I'm on a to write data CDs. Both apps worked fine the day before!?
