question mark folder after 9.2.2 Update !?

	I'm running 9.1 on my backup drive and 9.2.1 on the main one of my B/W 350 G3. From the backup drive, I upgraded the main drive to 9.2.2 . I then selected it on "startup disk" and restarted, to my surprise it doesn't find the system folder and boots by default to the backup drive. I'd really appreciate any suggestions. thanks.
