Searching for Tracking Software

The company that I work for is in search of software that will track the time employees work on jobs, e-mail, etc. The software needs to go to the supervisor so it can be examined and compared to see the utilization of resources and time.

Does anything like this exist for the Mac?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
