But how do you enable the desktop printer menu on the menu bar? extension is installed, and multiple printers are created... what else do I need to do?
You must have a desktop printer selected for the menu to appear. Simply click on one of your desktop printer icons and the "Printing" menu will appear between the "Special" and the "Help" menus.
no no, not that menu... its one of those menus that goes right next to the menubar clock where you can switch between printers... I got it working on one of my macs but I cannot seem to figure out how it works on the others
