Hi there!
Any suggestion on why I can't see my download picture preview icon?
(I can't see it using Nestcape, but with IE5 I can see the preview icon)

Quite simply, Netscape doesn't create an icon.

Nope.
You can open the pic, copy it, and paste it onto the file as an icon, but thats it.
If you plan on saving directly from Netscape, its gonna be iconless unless you do it manually...

What are the alternative browser that is capable of preview icon?

AFAIK, IE.
Not sure about iCab.
