Windows 98 File Transfer to Mac OS 9.1?

Me mum wants to upgrade to Windows 2k (don't start... at least she'll get those fading menus) from Windows 98 and she doesn't want to buy a thousand zip disks to back up all her crap. I have like 10 GB free on my PowerBook and we have a router set up here for the DSL and both of us are connected to it. Is there a way she can dump all her files on my computer in the interim, install a clean, fresh copy of Win 2k and then get all her files back from me?
