I am using system 9.0.4. I have not downloaded 9.1 because of the posts talking about how long it takes to download the 9.1 upgrade using a dialup connection. So I was wondering if 9.1 will be on the OS X disk?

No. Its the other way around. MacOS X will come with MacOS 9.1. MacOS 9.1 does not come with MacOS X.

Yes, the Mac OS X box will contain:

- Mac OS X
- Mac OS 9.1
- Mac OS X Dev Tools

Sorry rhino, I didn't read your post correctly. You are correct in your assumption. MacOS X WILL come with MacOS 9.1. (not a member so I can't edit my original message)

Thanks yadda_yadda_yadda. I won't bother upgrading to 9.1 over the internet then. I will do it when I decide to buy OS X.
