This is going to sound strange, but I've noticed over the last 2 days that my iMac has some strange creation and modification dates. Some of my files have dates in the year 2003. The Date and Time control panel appeat normal. If anyone could shed some light on this issue, I'd appreciate it.

Maybe its prefs are corrupt? Trash 'em, and find out

Norton Utilities fixes invalid creation or modification dates like these, but I don't think they create any problems or anything. Not sure how it happens though.
