Just wondering if it's worth the upgrade download.

i've heard a lot of opinions.
for me, 9.1 to 9.2 (now 9.2.2):
slight speed gain, increased stability.
plus better compatibility w/X, & other apple apps.
& everything else i run works!
i'd say, go for it (but BACKUP everything first!)

My understanding is that this upgrade is strictly a compatibility upgrade for classic mode with OS X 10.1.2. Results vary, but I have noticed no change from 9.1.

I can't get my Gamewizard for my Rev. A iMac to work under 9.2 (ANY iteration) with the same extension set from 9.1. Switched back and had no problems.

If you do not run Mac OS X, the only thing OS 9.2 does more for you is crash. My point is, if you are not using it for Classic, don't upgrade.
