After multiple probelms w/ install and performing a clean installation, downloading files from the web > 1Mb using EITHER IE4.5 or Navigator 4.7 fail.

Netscape gives a generic read/write error. IE4 .5 gives a "-127" error number.

I have plenty of disk space. Large files copy ok, and file transfers work from VPC using IE5.0. It is only the Mac web browsers that don't work.

Any ideas?????
