My file sharing extension was corrupted and I had to remove it. How can I get a new copy of the extension without reinstalling the whole system? I don't really want to do that. I'm running system 9 on an IMAC DV SE.

You'll need something called 'TomeViewer' from Apple's site which lets you extract only those tomes (compressed files)that you need. But now you have to register your first-born to gain access to their site. Is there a pattern here? Not a good way to sell Macintoshes.
