I am recording practice demos of original songs.
I have been evaluating two audio reconrding software packages.
One is known as Studio Recorder(Felt-Tip SOftware) and one is known as Audio recorder.
In both cases, I cannot adjust the input levels on respective recorders.
The result of this is that the input is clipping all the time and I get a distorted recording. A message on the Studio Recorder Website says that there is a bug in the OSX software and you should contact App[le. You just have to wait until it gets fixed it goes on to say.

Can anyone verify this statement and if it is so, does anyone know of the status of the fix?
