Does anyone know of some good sites that have real good technical info about macintosh hardware (old and new)... such as info pertaining to rom, pram and that kinda stuff?

It has lots of useful information about all Apple products and Mac clones.

If you need specific and in-depth information about specific models, you might find a manual for the computer you want at http://www.accesscom.com/~gamba/manuals.html

Be warned, many of the Performa manuals are very large (16> MB).
