So, I had this dream last night. Doing some work and I hit the eject key. Both drives opened. And for the life of me, couldn't make only one drawer open. Then, as most dreams do, take a few twists and before I knew it my hand got stuck between the two and the Mac went nuts...anyway...

Since I don't have a new mirror door model (have a QS 867), what actually happens when you hit the eject key on the keyboard?

Do both doors open if no media is in either? Only the first one? Or second (depending on how its cabled inside?) Do you press eject only for one drive, and eject + something else for the other drive?

No, I didn't search about it. More because I had to share my mac eating dream.

Eject key = Top drive
Option-Eject Key = Bottom drive

You were warned your Mac had a lot of power inside. Don't come complaining to us if it pulls you in.

ps ... were the teeth hidden back in the power supply?

not so much teeth, in the sense of like animals or monsters or anything.

but once it got a hold of my hand/arm my dual monitors turned into eyes and was watching me try to get free.

and as quickly as the mac attack started, it turned into some construction site where no matter how much i cut off, i couldn't get a 8' long 2x4 down to 7'.

it always was 8'. so i got fired.

this was just a a beginning of the f'ed up dreams from last night...

oh ****, not powermac related anymore. enough. we will get moved to the lounge
i had a serious questions about the new mac's that came from a dream.
