If anyone gets a chance to look inside one of the new PowerMacs, I think we'd all like to know what changes have been made inside. Is it just a new PSU that's quieter or have they actually moved stuff around and/or introduced some some very different parts. Specifically, does it appear that new parts can easily be put in the older, noisier machines to make them as quiet as new.

According to MacFixIt, anew thermal cooling system that provides the new, up to dual 1.42 GHz Power Mac G4s with significantly quieter operation. Not available in the G4's that still boot into OS 9.

will this new thermal cooling system be on the 1ghz single processor model as well? if so (and if it's truly quiet), then it might be a good machine for audio work.
