Hi:

As explained in another thread I am trying to install MacOS X on my old 8500/180 to have it as test webserver. I thought I had enough ram but checking yesterday I have only 64MB.

I have been searching the web for which ram to use but getting more and more confused.

I know it should be 168 pin DIMM with 70ns 5V. But then I also found FPM and EDO. Which type do I need?

Does anybody know the exact specifications?
Anyone have a model number from any vendor?

Can i use PC ram?

How much could one 128MB DIMM cost?

Thanks in advance for the answers.
