Hello,

Does anybody know how to get an original iMac 233 (160 mb ram, running OS X) online wireless? Maybe through USB orso?
I have an Airport base station and the other macs are online trough Airport but that iMac doesn't support it

Thanks!!

here are a few links

http://www.devdepot.com/description.html?pcode=HMWUSB
http://www.proxim.com/products/all/skyline/pn474/

I know there are some others. The ones above support only to OS 9 unless they have updated the drivers.

There are others that support OSX, but I can't find them at this point.

>cough< they're called FIRST GENERATION IMACS >Cough<

But yeah, those USB wireless ones would work. I'd check out linksys or netgear.

linksys actually has the best way to do this, ever.
It connects to the Mac over ethernet and doesn't care what OS you use.

http://linksys.com/products/product....6&prid=432

"Connect any Ethernet-equipped device to a Wireless Network
It's completely driver-free, so it works on any platform and under any operating system! Since there are no drivers to load, setup is a snap – just plug it into your device and configure the network settings through your web browser. "
