i am trying to flash this card with Coffee House's link
http://www.coffeehaus.com/radeon8500/8500-230-mac.sit

but the updater returns the error:
Slot-SLOT-A:R200-A12

I have been trying this for days, and i'm getting nowhere.

Apple Profiler says theres a display card in the AGP slot, but that's all the info i get.

I'm sure the card is a 64MB LE card.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
dave

LE cards are mostly not flashable. There's a huge thread in this forums about flashing Radeon 8500 video cards, you should have read that before you went out and bought the wrong card.

Coffeehaus' instructions don't mention that you HAVE TO unplug the monitor before flashing it the first time with the Firmware RESTORE program.
