I might be able to get a job supporting Mac's but need to have an AppleCare Service Certification.

does anyone know of any practice tests that I can take online?

is this AppleCare Technician Training software any good?

Anyone take both the desktop and laptop tests within the past month or so???
How are is it, whats on it???? Is it questions that you have to fig out, or is it more mem questions like how many pins does a PCI card have???

I'm considering doing this as well. The big sucky thing is that it comes on a CD, no printed stuff. I hate reading stuff off a screen. From previous threads on this subject, it feels like you don't really figure anything out, you just remember what it says to do.
