Would a GeForce4 MX 32MB card (pulled from a Dual 867MHz G4 tower) be able to power a 20" Cinema Display on a Dual 450MHz G4 tower?

I ask this because I am not sure if the motherboard on the Dual 450 is able to power the video card which would power the display.
