Here's a link to ATi's drivers for the Rage 128 card, and there's also a link at the bottom of the page for a ROM update for the card.
The only problem I see is that ATi didn't sell the card to consumers, you could only get it from Apple. But they did offer similar cards that used the Rage 128 chipset. Maybe somebody here has converted one and can help you more.

Download the Flashrom or ATIflash program and the Rage 128 Pro ROM. Plug the card into a PC, run one of the program and try it out.

Oh, forgot to say that you should run a command like "flashrom -i" if you are using Flashrom and take note the address of the card (eg. 0 or 1 or something like that) and the size of the flash ROM of the card (eg. 0x1000 for 64K, 0x2000 for 128K). You can only flash the card if it has a 128K flash ROM because the Rage 128 Mac ROM file is 128K and the card need the complete ROM file in it to work. If your card does have a 128K flash ROM, run a command like "flashrom -s x rgepc128.rom" where x is the location of your card and save the PC ROM file first before flashing.
