I'm getting rolling lines on both monitors on a dual monitor setup (1 ATI Radeon card and 1 ATI Rage) when in 832x768 resolution. When I set one of the monitors to any other resolution, the rolling line stops. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this? I'd like to be able to use 832x768 on both monitors.

This is a blue and white G3 BTW.

why 832x768? That's a wierd-ass resolution. Just set it higher, it's probably not letting you because you're the only person on the planet that wants that resolution and they haven't tweaked the graphics cards to support it well.

I'd bet it's interference between the two monitors (EMF). I had similar problems when running a dual monitor configuration. Try turning one off and see what happens. That's not a solution, just a test...

832x768?

I'm sure you mean either:
1. 832x624
2. 1024x768

Both of those are far more "normal" resolutions. In regards to your original problem, I unfortunately don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said.
Be happy.

Re-check the resolution, as mac freak said.

And... what's the other number behind there? Should be something like 75Hz, 85Hz, 60Hz, or something. Measured in Hz.
