How would you use these hard drives in setting up this Mac?

Curious how some of you would utilize these hard drives in setting up this Mac.
The machine is a 1GHz DP QS 2002. There are four drives being installed internally. Two are WD 160GB SE that will be running off of a SIIG UltraATA 133 PCI controller card and used as media "A" and "B" for DV and music production purposes. The two others are a WD 120GB SE and a WD 60GB SE. These will be running off of the motherboard bus.
I do not wish to partition the drives. The 120 and 60 will each have an OS installed, X on one and 9 on the other. X will be the primary OS. They will also have all apps and MP3/AAC storage. My main reason for this query is to learn how some of you would use these two drives _ which one you would put X on, would you put the apps on the same drive or the other, etc... And why.
I suspect that I could run the 120 and 60 off of the PCI controller card and put the media drives on the motherboard bus, and would like to hear opinions on that.
I have decided not to utilize RAID for the media drives, so please refrain from that suggestion.
Thanks

if you put the system on the 60Gb, you've got less to lose if you have a bad crash, which may result in you needing to wipe the drive
you can then safely use the other 3 drive for por... err, mp3's

Would it be optimal to run applications from a diff drive than the OS. For example, install X on the 60 and perhaps use the balance of that drive for MP3/AAC storage and install all of the apps on the 120, along with 9.

i would run the Os and the Applications from the 60 MB HD, but partitioned (one for OS, one for the Appīs). If you have drives with different rpm speeds take the fastest for data.

If you use OS 9 very seldom, put it on a disk image.
On the other hand, if you use OS 9 very often, put it on a separate partition on the 60 gig hd.
Then, forget the whole ?put the apps on another disk'. Just make sure that all of your data is on another disk. Reinstalling apps is not that much of an issue compared to data.
Use the 60 gig for your system and your apps.
Use the 120 for your personal data, the rest for video, etc. If there is some space left on the 60 gig hd, do some backups of your most important data on it.

It seems I'm the only one saying put the OS on the 120. I have an 80 and a 120 and the 80 has about 72gb used and the OS has taken over 5gb for virtual memory. So if you think you will be in a similar situation give the OS some more breathing room.
