I have a 375mhz Beige G3. I cannot seem to find any
firmware or rom updates for OSX installation.
Any input?

Because there are none

The first Macs with upgradable ROMs were the B&W G3s (and original iMacs).

The only caveat with the Beige machines is that if your main drive is an IDE drive, you have to install OS X on a partition that's less than 8 GBs and that partition has to be on the first part of the drive. Otherwise, you don't need much else to install OS X.
