I have a Power Computing Powercenter 132 that seriously needs a fresh install of the OS to get rid of all the crap accumlated over the years and slowing the system down.

Only thing is, I don't know where my original install discs are. My friend has MacOS 8 for his Apple Mac and I was just wondering if I could use that to reinstall the OS on my Powercenter?

Thanks

Should work in general, but maybe some components need special drivers. This was the case with Umax clones that were sold by Gravis in Germany. They went with "Gravis Mac OS special edition" system CD-ROMs. It was an ordinary OS 8 + toolbox driverset for the installed optical drives.
