I recently knocked my Power Mac G4/Dual 500 off my desk (don't ask). The computer itself seems to have survived (need to test the internal CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive still), but several of the outside polycarbonate panels were knocked loose and the top two carrying handles were shattered.
Anyone know where I can find replacement handles for this thing? I'd prefer the matching original handles, but a set from the Quicksilver series would be ok, too, if I got the complete set of 4.

Well, that sucks. I could not find anything doing a quick google search, but perhaps one of these options would be useful for you. I like the under desk mount, but it's a bit pricy for my right now. Of course if I just dropped my QS of my desk and broke the handles it would be a perfect excuse to get it.

If you search Ebay sometimes people sell complete graphite G4 cases, or you could search a place like Macresq.com to see if they stock replacement handles.

Ouch, Front OR Back, for $30, I could see for the set, but for one. Well, guess they are the only deal in town, but for that price I would consider something else. Ouch, oh, I said that, ouch.

Yeah, tell me about it. Does seem a bit pricey, to say the least. Only reason I knew they had them was because I broke one in one of those "freak sawtooth accidents". $30 was just too much to spend on a machine that I paid $350 for (it was sold as dead). If you have a use for the rest of the box, now and again the CompUSA auction site has G4 cases up for sale. SuperGlue, on the other hand, is cheap.
