Dual 1.25 vs G5 1.6?

Hi

What sort of performance difference will we expect from the 1.6 G5 PM?
Say in comparison to a Dual 1.25 or an P4 3.06

Really depends on the software. Apps that take advantage of multi-cpus (ie, iDVD) will probably perform better on the dual 1.25 over the single 1.6. But that's hard to gauge because the G5 architecture brings more the table. Multitasking will be better on the dualie, however.
