LoL...the things some people buy. Some of their items looks alright, but that one looks really rediculous.

Um, in a word: 'no'.
I really wonder why anyone would want to attach a perspex skateboard their Mac?!
Then again you could have 'corridor' G5 races...You could put it on a lead and drag it around with you... you could attach it to your cat who could pull it around for you... you could... erm...

In this case, the 1.6 could be faster than a dual 2.0 machine - in sheer velocity. Max out the 1.6 with 2 huge HDs and all the memory possible to tack on some extra weight - then race them down the hall when you're bored at work. I'd like to see the results of that test...
Overall it's an ugly product that I wouldn't find useful (except for above). What's with the Rollerblade wheels? Very classy.

Unlike peecee owners, I don't know of any Mac owner who actually sticks their computer on the floor under a desk. Macs are meant to be seen (with the possible exception of the G5 cheese grater).
This thing is a joke, and it's funny to think someone actually spent time and money to develop it.

No, I wouldn't. But only for the reason that I don't believe it's appropriate. I could see it tipping and dumping my expensive investment onto the floor, not exactly a good thing.
However, I do like their iscoot. It's cheap, seems to be a little bit smarter in design, and keeps the computer off the floor. In my rooms, I usually don't have the pleasure to put my computers on the tables because they're crowded with monitors.

Why not replace it with a color-flashing skate wheel. That would be cool.

Simply put: a wonderful waste of money! I don't know who in their right mind would buy this piece of junk, lol.

Jeff ******* says (9:19 AM): Eww, Ottawa is gross. It's infested with politicians, and presently, 1 Harper as well.

I keep my Power Mac on the floor under the desk... although I'd love to have it available to stare out, the reality is the fan noise is much less noticeable when it's not at ear-level. Besides, it frees up desktop space for actual work.

$130 for a piece of bent plexiglas and 4 wheels from IKEA? (Yes, IKEA sells casters that have, essentially, clear rollerblade wheels. It's $6 for a set of 4.)
And why tilted?!? I'd be afraid that the thing will just tip off the end there!
