Hiyas, I was looking to update my B+W G3 Rev A with a new motherboard. It used to be a G3 400 but the processor was upgraded to a G4 500 and the current Rev A mother board may be a wittle flakey...
My question is: Can I replace the motherboard and possibly get a G4 Motherboard i.e. Gigaethernet, Sawtooth Rev A,B or just stick with the G3 Rev B?
Thanks in advance for any help,

Bentley

Thanks for the info, will aim for the Rev B motherboard.

Of, if and when I get the Rev B, there any websites that go step by step in showing how to install it?

It's quite straightforward:

leave computer plugged in, touch any metal part of case

unplug cables and modem

Remove CPU and RAM

remove screws

remove motherboard

Reverse to install the new one.

I am pretty sure the sawtooth board can fit in your case

Nope.

Connectors are located differently.
