It seems that the "new" 1.25 G4 machines have moved backwards in some respects with the old 1.25s:

There is NO onboard 800 Firewire
There is NO onboard BlueTooth
There is NO airport Extreme

Looks like the "New" G4s have and OLD motherboard. What I'd like to know is:

1. How does perfomance look on the "new" DP 1.25 with 2MB L3 cache vs. the "old" DP1.25 with 1MB cache?

2. Did the fan/noise modifications made to the 2003 G4 towers (with 800FW) make it on to the new G4s or are thes just re-badged (new CPU) 2002 cases and LBs?

BTW - Does anyone have any benchmarks between the DP1.25's. I would gladly give up FW800, Bluetooth and Extreme for more CPU ooomphhh!!!
