About 50% of the time my imac won't wake up after going to sleep. On 10.2.6 is this normal???

BTW I am new here but not to Apple. My first computer was an SE and I have bought new computers every year.

Anybody wanna buy a PB3400c? Please?

I just started having the same problem with my 10.2.6 emac. When put to sleep or idle for long periods, it's freezing. First sign of something wrong, it stopped turning on the screen saver.

I think I know what was wrong. The screen was sleeping before the screensaver started. Or maybe it went to sleep before the screensaver started?

I forgot which of those 2 it was, but anyways I changed it and I haven't had this problem again. Although to be fair I'm not the only person using the computer, so it might take a few more days to reveal if the problem is still there.
