hi everyone just had to tell the world I love my new i mac. I've suffered those dull grey boxes for too many years! My son has an i book and has helped me set up the imac. Greetings to all the other imac users out there.

Welcome!
It's hard to believe I was a "Switcher" before the term existed
My first Mac was a Powerbook G3 that I got in February of 99 for college. After I transferred to a school within driving distance of home, I decided since space wasn't as tight in the car as in a plane, that I'd sell my Powerbook and get a G4. Got my Sawtooth in December of 99 and sold my powerbook to a guy in New Zealand.
I got a 17" iMac last week, and it's unfortunately in for a screen replacement at the moment so I'm back on my older G4. I miss my iMac
Continuing my tradition though, I'm gonna be selling my Sawtooth to my friend's ex-girlfriend so atleast I know it'll have a good home(and also help pay the cost of my iMac )
Regards,
Dave
