I'm running Peak 2.04. Yeah, I know it's old, but...

I can't record into it. I have a mini-disc linked to the line-in socket on the back of my powerbook via a jack-to-jack lead. I have gone into "recording settings" from the "audio" menu. Changed "built in mic" to "line-in", which should work, but when I try to record, it keeps defaulting to "built-in mic". Is this a common problem, or am I just very dense? Any advise would be great?

Thanks,
Jamie (A Mac/Peak novice)
