OWC is showing 512MB PC133 SDRAM DIMM's for Quicksilvers at 2-2-2 / CL2 speed rating here:

Yeah... it is... and for $96 it damn well better be. I am using $73 with free shipping Kingston 512 MB RAM from NewEgg, works great.
